Return/ Exchange/ Refund
We would love for you to have products from us that you cherish. On rare occasions, if you aren’t satisfied with our product and would like to return it, please drop a mail to us stating your name, purchase number, date of purchase and the reason for return at info@sohamdave.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We request you to return the item within 10 days of receiving the parcel. We will accept return of the product only if it is intact with tag in its original condition without any damage or stains.
Once the item is received and duly checked, we will provide you with Store Credits of an amount equal to that of the purchased product. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuing.
You can exchange products by first following the return procedure. Once we receive the product, we can offer an exchange with a product of same or higher price value.
If you do not abide by the aforementioned timelines, the company is not reliable for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange aren’t applicable on items on SALE.
Damage
We request you to notify us with two days of receiving a damaged/ hampered product and return it to our warehouse within five days. We will inspect the damage from our end, repair and courier it back to you.
The shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. We will bear the expenses of the transit of the product post repair.
Repair
If one of your Soham Dave pieces is lived in and is in the need of a repair, please reach out to us at info@sohamdave.com. In the email please mention your name, date of purchase, and the reason for repair. Also do not forget to attach at least one image of the affected area so we can determine the course of action to be taken. If the fabrics are in stock, we will do our best to repair your loved piece.
Please note that repairs take longer than normal and will approximately take 30 working days for us to process it and send it back to you. For hygienic purposes please launder the garment before mailing it to us. The courier charges for sending it to us will be borne by you. We will be bearing the charges of courier post repair of the garment.
Alteration
We at Soham Dave, pride ourselves with creating products that are comfortable to wear. We also believe that every customer comes with a unique body type and hence we offer alterations to customize the product according to your comfort.

Please note that you can get the items altered by writing to us within 15 days of purchase. Items once altered can’t be exchanged or turned to their original condition.
Alterations take around 10-15 working days.
